If you run hot and don't want to compromise comfort for storage, we've got you. We've taken the wide array of pockets that make our Pocket Joggers such a fan fave and put them on our lighter-weight, but still supportive and compressive, Plya fabric. A cool hand feel, plenty of storage space across all inseams, and the special details that set us apart (like the 360-degree waistband pocket system, with tacking designed to loop a layer through) make this a no-brainer to add to your gear drawer. See you at the starting line! Bonus: They are also available in four- and eight-inch inseams to suit every body.

Wear testers have reported that this style is snug in the waist and hips. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up one size.

They Don’t Slide, Squeeze, or Ride Up

I'm 5'9", 145 lbs, and long-waisted, and these are the perfect length on me. I tried the 4" version first, but they looked like volleyball spandex on my longer frame—so I went with the 6" and never looked back.

I wear these while training for a 30K mini-ultra and they’ve been fantastic. They only ride up slightly when I’m sprinting (which is saying a lot because shorts usually drive me crazy when I run). They stay put on my waist—no sliding down, no constant adjusting—and they’re snug without being tight. Truly that “just right” fit.

I got a size 6, which is my usual in most brands (sometimes an 8 in Lululemon), and the fit is spot on. The pockets are a game changer: I carry my phone, a 150ml water bottle, keys, and jelly beans during runs and they still stay up. Now that the weather's warming up in the mountains, I’m wearing them for every run. Highly recommend!

Get off the fence and get a pair!

First run in these shorts…loved them! 9 hot and humid miles. Everything stayed in place, no bounce with phone in leg pocket. No roll down at waist and no creeping leg bands. Wish they made a medium and a half! I am 5’9, 155lbs. and ordered a large.

Awesome shorts...once you figure out the right size!

Now that I found the right size, I absolutely love these and all the storage in them! I read reviews to size up and I initially tried on the 8 which felt snug at the waist, so I went with a 10 (usually 6 in loose shorts, 8 in tight ones). They felt pretty good when I tried them on and wore them around the house, but they lost their shape and sagged to the point I was yanking them up (even after adjusting the drawstring!) by the end of a 4 mile run. I tried the 8 again and while they initially felt snug, they seemed to loosen up and feel perfect when I started moving; I've used them for several 9+ mile runs at this point with no issues. Pretty bummed I'm stuck with an extra pair that doesn't fit that I can't return, but I needed something like this with more storage for my longer runs.

So close!

I wanted to love these, but they just didn’t work for me. I wear a 6 in Rogas and could probably size down to a 4, so I went with a 6 based on the reviews. The legs felt fine, but the waistband was so uncomfortably tight I had to return them. I love all the pockets and the print, so I was bummed that they didn’t work. If the waistband had a little more stretch, these would have been perfect. I didn’t want to size up because the legs weren’t tight at all, and they would be loose in a larger size.
