KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Vaulter Magazine recently reposted an image that prominently featured a confederate flag. It was offensive, divisive, and absolutely unacceptable to post or share. So I took to Instagram and voiced my opinion. As members and leaders we have an obligation to stand up for what is right. So I did. Simple, right? They take the post down, apologize, and we all move on. But that’s not what happened.

RUNNING THROUGH TRANSITION
On March 24th, 2019, I found myself in Dodger Stadium, waiting for the Los Angeles Marathon to start. Despite the nervous energy of the thousands of runners around me, I felt a sense of calm. There was no question of whether I would finish and no pressure of a goal time. I was in the exact right place. I had once again run my way back to myself.

THE RISK OF A SMOKY RUN
Currently, some of the worst fires in history are running through the west, from California to Colorado. So, she did some research and provided us with a synopsis of her findings.

"I might have blacked out in 2008. It was Oiselle’s second year in business, when I took out a second mortgage on our home, and put my children to work mailing sports bras to folks I met on the internet."
WHY BLACK VOTERS MATTER
Oiselle and Run 4 All Women are overjoyed with the enthusiasm for our recently launched Womxn Run the Vote Relay. Why did we choose to partner with Black Voters Matter? Simply put, the organization is the epitome of effective grassroots organizing. Black Voters Matter is dedicated to increasing power in marginalized, predominantly Black communities.
A SCIENTIFIC LOOK AT THE GAITER CONTROVERSY
There’s been a dust up in the running world about the recent study from Duke University looking at the effectiveness of gaiters as a protective garment in the era of Covid, so we reached out to our very own researcher and Volée member Dr. Taisa, author of author of "Running and the Science of Mask Wearing" that became a favorited and popular blog for the running community.
